Leela

Leela is a humanoid alien. She was abandoned on Earth when she was little, and she’s not sure even of what galaxy her parents were from. As far as she knows, Leela is the only one-eyed alien on Earth. And until Fry came along, she didn’t have any friends.

Leela is possibly in her mid/late twenties, and her former occupation was a Fate Assignment Officer (1B-DI). Fry made her realize that she was unhappy with her job, so she removed her own career chip. Now Leela is the captain of the Planet Express delivery ship. Her best friends are Fry and Bender, but she has many other aquaintances, like Hermes, Amy, and Professor Farnsworth. We don’t know if she (or anyone, for that matter) likes Dr. Zoidberg.

She’s talented in martial arts and driving stick, but don’t ask her to play the violin! One might also note that she’s a big Blernsball fan. She can’t stand guys with vile lizard tongues, and guys with more than 5 eyes. One might say she’s desperate for a guy, but she’s turned down Capt. Zapp Brannigan, and M5438 (an entity of pure energy).
